MEMBERSHIP WAITLIST INFORMATION

We have an association membership maximum of 300 members. As of August 18, 2010, we have a wait list of 80 applicants which equates to at least a three year waiting period to take the place of members who choose not to renew.

New members are inducted every February. For 2010, we inducted 30 members.

The waitlist fee is refundable should you choose to be removed from the waitlist before your slot position comes up.

Upon entry into the association, the $150 wait list fee is converted to a one time initiation fee and then annual dues are $100 to maintain membership.

Add Spouse: +$20
Add Junior: +$15 each
Extra Keycard: $15
Extra Bathroom key: $5
Replace Lost Keycard: $25
